Richard McMullen has been with VR Solutions for around 3.5 years fulfilling a role as technical Customer Support. He is usually based onsite after turnkey installations, providing round the clock technical support for key contracts involving stereoscopic visualisation centres in various places around the world. Richard’s technical role incorporates concept design, quoting based on specifications, installations, configurations, maintenance and repairs.

Richard’s history spans 15 years in the audio visual industry working for many local and national rental & staging companies in various roles from System Installer to Venue Manager running some of the busiest hospitality venues throughout Queensland. With a dedicated Customer Support focus and strong technical skills in all facets of Audio Visual production, the move to VR Solutions has been a natural progression. Always ready for a challenge and always with the client’s needs and wants foremost.
