The Thinklogical line of DVI only video extenders all utilize a single fiber per DVI display. The VIS-33 extends three single link DVI video channels. This extender is essentially three VIS-13 DVI Video Extender transmitters in a single enclosure and three VIS-13 DVI Video Extender receivers in one enclosure. The VIS-33 features a rack mountable package and has an internal universal AC power supply. The VIS-33 is available with SC fiber connectors and three DVI-D video connectors on both the transmitter and receiver. The VIS-33 video extender has a power indicator light and link status LEDs for each fiber, which will indicate the presence (or lack) of sufficient optical power for the extender to operate within specification, possibly revealing a fiber infrastructure problem, such as a bad connection or a broken fiber.
